granted, but, babies take fourteen years to become toddlers and artwork never really takes off because nobody hears about it until the artist has given up hope.

I wish that FFF wasn't deleted...

granted, but then the earth blows up to keep the secret from coming out.

I really don't know what happned, but I'd assume it would have to do wit a lack of members showing up and posting often enough. When I left for reasons already stated (life), there were only like 6 peope who posted somewhat regularly, and I'd suppose that we eventually stopped doing stuff fast....I was really sad because I had some RP characters I don't have copies of there, and because I planning to chronicle all of our awesome RP battles, and the story we were beginning to create in the themed RP threads.

I wish that books were easier to write.

Granted. But they are all about for pages long, with lots of pictures, and plots including a kid named Jane, a dog named Spot, and running. And no rabies. I and other readers eventually destroy the world using tiny poisoned throwing darts made from fragments of your skeleton, becase you made the wish.

I wish to rule the world, by both power and popular consesus, without it or me being destroyed.

Granted. But you mix it wrong, and end up an herbalism-themed supervillain.

I wish to find cool stuff at Renfest, within my price range.

I wish that I had more money, that it couldn't be destroyed or stolen, and that no federal/police agency or criminal organization were after me.

Granted, but it is an indestructible penny that you accidentally swallow, that sends off an energy signiature that always sets off metal detectors.

I wish to control both an unstoppable force and an immovable object, just to see what happens when I pit them against each other.

I wish I had a better way of handling my son's night terrors, that don't involve taking kicks in the face >.<

granted, but his night terrors come to life and you have to beat them into bloody pulps.

I would give advice on this, but, as far as I remember, I never had any real problems with nightmares....at least none that my parents helped me with very much....might be the cause of why I'm so demented today...hmmm.....

I wish that square hadn't fixed a lot of the glitches when they moved FFT to the PSP.

Granted... Um, but they also acidentally introduced another glitch that freezes the game if you use one or more consonants in the main character's name.

Actually, if you mean night terrors by waking up terrified for no apparent reason, I don't think there is anything for it, except possibly to find the underlying cause and figure out how to get over it. I don't think even sleeping pills work more than 80% of the time, best case scenario, and I don't trust them.

I wish... for the power to... summon and control Aeons. With better ability than Yuna, for the ones like Yojimbo and the Magus sisters.

Granted, but it involves training for years in a monastery in tibet, slaughtering them all, buying a shiny ninja outfit and a bunch of poisoned knives, and you still trip the silent alarm.
Unless you meant specifically at RPGs, in which case all that is required for you to obtain a set of lucky dice. At wich point the wish will have been granted.

I wish for... leverage. So that the wishing well would not dare to corrupt any of my wishes.

Granted, but you are banned for cheating in a completely undetectable way (magic)

I wish to recieve, as a result of being nice to someone simply because they did not annoy me, tomorrow's winning lottery ticket. With all numbers correct and a decent jackpot.

I wish I could be Vincent Valentine for a day. A day which would end with me reurning to being myself, not with death.

I wish that Vincent Valentine could be more awesome than he already is, without the universe exploding from the amount of awesomeness that would take.

Granted. But the universe implodes because of the awesomeness collapsing the universe into the most awesome black hole in the historyt of awesomeness.

Inserts the awesomeness inherent in goth vampires (as opposed to, say, nosferatu. Or jiangshi... although jiangshi are pretty cool. In stories. Not so much in movies.)

is not granted, due to the fact that it is not a wish and you have the wrong thread in mind.

I wish that Latin was still spoken in the modern day world, because it sounds much more awesome than english, german, french, or spanish.
