I like snow. I do not, however, like cold, wet, or artificial snow. It's a conundrum, isn;t it?

xkcd is a comic about geek subjects, such as math, advanced sciences, and programming, but from the reviews, apparently the aerage person likes it too. A lot of it is non-sequitur, and occasionally running jokes can seem to stop, or even seem to be a one-shot subject, but then be referenced months later. the ball pit world comic I did andf posted on FFNet is heavily influenced by xkcd, also, I just finished rereading the archives again, so the xkcd references may die down after a couple of days.

Is anyone else sick of the xkcd references yet? alternate question, have I been annoying enough that you decided just to read it and it turned out you liked it?

my answer is: I'm to lazy to google and I should be learning right now ... or gaming ... one or the other

my x-fire status: Leren voor de toetsweek .... of gamen ... ik zie wel
translation: learning for my exams ... or gaming.... mehh I'll see

rough translation that is because I used a sort of street lingo stuff in there
stupid world!

ehm
should I continue this nonsence?

maybe because you are learning fo your exams, and your choices are to
a. quit playing video games and study for exams full time, then be so stressed out you fail
b. quit studying and play video games full time and forget everything on your exams
c. try to find the fine line between not enough gaming and not enough studying and get so stressed out you only just pass your exams.

What exactly is the definition of animu, as compared to other anime styles?

The word Animu is a joke used to describe both Anime and Japanophiles who attempt to give Japanese sounding pronunciations to words that were not Japanese to begin with. It is not meant to describe any specific form of Anime.

It is my belief that the word originated on the SA forums.

I choose b (I'm not in my final year yet and it's the second time I'm doing this year so .... b!)

Why are there people that don't like anime?

Because they are too ordinary to appreciate it ^^

I used the word animu as a reference to the style of hair Tetsuya Nomura seems to use, though the reason I said animu instead of anime is because said designer's hair designs are getting more repetitive and slightly silly Razz

Do you have animu hair?

If it was a couple of inches longer in the back, it would ccount as "animu hair," but right now it's sort of an emo-hippie hairstyle amalgamation. (though if I tie it back with the front of my hair loose, it does look significantly more anime)

I've been theorizing for years how it would be possible to have sephiroth hair wthout a wig, and a while back I finally thought of a way to do si: as well as silver haiur gel (for colouration), under the hair on the top of oe's head that ios pulled back, clip a pair of stiff wires (like partially infolded paperclips) so that the ends stick out from the front of oe's forehead like short antennae, or skinny horns. Fold the front of your hair over each of tem, parting in the middle, and add hair gel (wire may or may not be removed later). Anyone see any problems with that, has it already been used, are there any better, more widely used ideas that I don;t know about?

I don;t know. to wear, long with a spiky front so it doesn;t annoy me with the back of it getting bristly or the front of it getting caught under my glasses or scaping my contact lenses.

I usually wear my hair just loose or tucked under my collar, but it's getting long enough to wither tie back at neck level or continue to tuck beneath overshirts, which to you think would look better (and no, I don;t have any recent pictures, but it is thick, so from the front it just looks like I have shorter hair if it's tucked in or tied back)?

Edit: Question: why has this thread become about hair in the last half a page or so (anime and game, styles, types, etc)?
