Firesnake's Poems Empty Firesnake's Poems

Post by Firesnakious Thu Oct 11, 2007 5:17 am

Well in case you people don't know: I make poems .... when I'm up to it
don't be angry if I double post because I just post my poems when I feel up to it..... myes

(my first posted poem)(I wrote this one because I haven't cried in 4 years)

Lucky Tears

My tears are lucky-
they know not what they leave.
Oh, how I wish I could follow
those lucky tears.

I have reasons to make them.
They lack not any relitives.
They are happy, for their mindless,
but I am not, for I know....

They leave this house in vapor
so easily, without a thought
of how I've tried to do the same
yet... Im here left behind.

And the tears come down my face once again,
lucky just like the rest.
And agian I am left here....
with just my sorrow to keep me company.

They know not what they miss, lose lucky tears,
and neither do they care. And I am
left here,alone,with no more tears...
only sorrow, witch soon leaves me aswell.

(I know my english sucks but ..... I wrote this in an impulse... so I didn't really think when I wrote it)

Love like an angel

What your love brings is like being held with angels' wings
Because you've got the softest touch, and the softest skin,
Because when my eyes see you, I fill with so much love
That you wrap me in your wings and take me up above.

Your love is like a big red rose
Because every time we touch it always grows
And we are with each other every single day
And we hold and hug in a very special way.

We hold hands everywhere we go
And when people see us there's such a glow.
But I know you're leaving soon...
And I don't want you to go.

I don't know I really love her but she is also one of my best friends and we have a lot of fun together, I don't know if I could live without her... *pfff* maybe ... maybe I should think about just going through life alone.... it would probably spare me alot of misery and broken hearts

I use that excuse a lot, and it gets me nowhere! I know what you mean, if you have a good friendship you don't want to compromise it, even though you don't know if you would be happier with or without the love part. But I think you should still at least give her some idea of how you are feeling, otherwise she might not understand the friendship, she won't know what the real deal is.

Love sucks, there's no doubt about it. And I'm the last person who should be giving out advice, hell I fell in love with a psycho! But I hope you find some peace with this eventually! Smile

I concurr. It may not be wise to explain that to her, but it would be true (as in, the philosophy meaning). And if you won't have much more chance to tell her, if she's leaving like in the poem, you'll likely never get over this if you don't have some closure. I'm not one to talk, either, but that's my suggestion.

Good poem, too. (although, on a lighter note, I accidentally misread "rose" as "nose")

Crying or Very sad They grow up so fast!

And I'm impressed that somebody agreed with me! It's good to know where you stand with the opposite sex, esp women, who need to be told everything (we may have more logic than men, but emotionally women are quite dumb, and you didn't hear that from me fu fu fu)

Life of sadness

She walks along this lonely street
no one to dry her tears
massage her tired feet
or calm ever present fears

Seeing life through tainted heart
making everything gray
Alone, her life, anew to start
Always searching for a way

But life goes on no matter what
That fact she cannot quell
Memories never to be forgot
Within her heart they dwell

So she keeps walking this lonely street
Keeps searching to find her way
Every night she lies down to sleep
And prays tomorrow's a better day

Firesnake's Poems D245777abca64ece2d5d7ca0d19fddb6

Wandering in darkness grope,
Finding not a glimpse of hope.
Fingers touch to find my way,
Each foot fall, my heart betrays
The fear which drives me through the day.

Suddenly the ground is lost,
Flailing arms as body's tossed.
Splashing down in crimson pool,
The warm embrace is much too cruel,
I curse this lowly, wretched fool.

Floundering in this self made hell,
Warmth increasing as I dwell,
Within the confines I create,
Screaming as myself berate,
Giving in to this, my fate.
