Musical pitch. My brain has somehow memorised perfectly all the different pitches and the frequencies inbetween, so I am extremely sensitive to pitch. That's a curse to me because it makes it extra painful to listen to out of tune singing or playing. I once really upset my little brother by saying his guitar was out of tune with the other guitars on a track he once recorded, even though it was barely noticeable to anyone else. I only discovered I had it and what it was in a singing lesson when I was 14. I did a lot of research on it, and although some scientists claim normal people can learn it, others say it is a hereditary condition, with an extra part of the brain becoming active on hearing pitched sounds.

Inserts suggestion you take a test for PP. There are some on the internet, my singing teacher tested me by blindfolding me and playing notes on a keyboard. I had to wait half an hour before she started (apparently a non PP would lose their pitch memory in that time), then guess correctly a set of notes she played. After that she did another test where she told me to hum a pitch, and then played it to see if I was correct. If you have sensitivity to certain frequencies, it's a possibility!
