Oh, yeah, I always forget she was in ET

Tough one, loopholes can allow those who are guilty to escape punishment, but rules can be arbitrary or even create3d fopr the wrong purpose, so... I would say, rightful and unbendable laws, or, barring that, loopholes.

Lawyer who finds useable precedent, or lawyer who finds loophole with effective argument behind?

loophole, because that means he's really studied the laws and also because he is more resourceful. not o mention, who wants a truly honest lawyer who doesn't abuse the system?

lawyers or politicians?

Lawyers- if you pay them enough, they will bend over backwards to represent you, whereas politicians don't give a damn no matter how much you pay them.

Burn politicians or slice them?

Hmmm... Slicing involves swords, but burning would be an interesting turnabout from back when politicians used to have people burned, so... burn.

any powers having to do with swords (including setting a sword on fire, though the fire goes out where you slice things with it) or any powers having to do with fire (incliding making an inefficient and burning but not slicing sword from fire)
