I've been trying to solve the problem and so far I can't see why it would do that. But I did find a way to remedy it, whether it will work permanently I'm not sure- you should notice just above the actual text box that there's a little "A" sign, like the one you would use to change the text colour. Click on that, and the Quick Reply box should revert ...
